How to Return

Here at Nailjunkiez we want to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied with all their nail sets.
As our products are hand made, once payment has been made cancellations will not be accepted.

We have extended our returns to 31st January. Please note that refunds will be permitted if the item is unworn and undamaged. If you are not 100% happy with your Nailjunkiez order for any reason, please return to us in its original condition to our warehouse. Return shipping and handling fees are customer responsibility. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping fee unless the return is the result of defective product.

Here’s how to easily return your item(s):

Please pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit. If you can please include your full name and order number we will be able to refund quicker.

Refunds

Please allow 4-5 working days from receipt of return to our warehouse for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
